Once configured, accessing your account involves inputting your credentials along with a unique rotating passcode generated by TruGrid Authenticator. This method works reliably even in offline scenarios.

Usage Instructions:

1. Download the TruGrid Authenticator app on your mobile device
2. Activate MFA (also known as 2FA) on your respective accounts. Note: For TruGrid.com accounts, this feature is enabled by default during logins
3. Upon encountering a QR code request, choose 'Add' in TruGrid Authenticator to scan and add the new account
4. Select the newly added account row within TruGrid Authenticator
5. Enter the generated code from TruGrid Authenticator into the corresponding site, application, or service
